sorry to say to the developer of the report i must say that in this report you have written barsha bhavan which should be written as BHASA bhavan.Apart from that i also have objection in what you have written in the qualities a person should posses what he said.the 5th element that you have posted is not that he has said.He hadn't said anything about people handling skills.
