Most of us have to work in office. Some people are more popular in an office than the others. Everyone of us want to be noticed by their boss and get incentives or promotions. You have to work hard as well as sincerely for that, no doubt about it. But apart from your work, there are some other aspects which can make you more acceptable to your colleagues and your employers. Here are some useful tips:
* Make it a habit to come to office in time.
* If there is a dress code in your office, try to maintain it.
* Even if there is no dress code, don't wear something which is too flashy. Select lighter
colours and sober clothes as much as possible.
* Don't wear dresses which are too tight or revealing.
* Avoid chatting with your colleagues during working hours.
* Try to finish the day's work within the scheduled time.Don't keep it for tomorrow.
* Don't do your persona work at office. Don't use office phone or office net for personal mail.
* Don't make it a habit to leave before the scheduled time.
* Try to avoid gossiping regarding your colleagues in your office.
* Try not to behave rudely. But at the same time, tell what you dislike clearly.
* Last but not the least, a warm smile has no alternative. It is one of the best way to make yourself acceptable and popular!
