Here are some easy tips which is quite possible for you to follow:

* Get up early in the morning and walk for half an hour.
* Take bath and have a glass of luke warm lemon water mixed with half a tea spoonful of honey.
* Avoid junk foods as much as possible. Fruit juices and fresh vegetables are good for your health.
* Take plenty of water, as much as you can!
* Don't eat excessively at a time. Have something to bite at 3-4 hours interval rather than eating more at a time.
* Have some relaxation in between packed up stresses. See a movie or visit a friend's house once a while.
* A good night's sleep is very important.
* Last, but not the least, se x is a good physiological habit. It helps to remove stress, stay fit and healthy and can allay cardiac problems. A study shows that one bout of se x is equivalent to calorie expenditure done by 20 mins jogging!
